The Exploitation of Consumer Emotion:
Is Psychographic Research Ethical?
Writing Concept:
This publication is an ethical review of the use of psychographics within advertising research. I explored the origins of psychographics & expectations of them in the future. Interviewing Luke Gracia Msc, Customer Insights Analyser, was an extremely beneficial part of this project. Learning about the field from someone in the industry, allowed for multiple perspectives on the consumer & company relationship.
Design Concept:
As there is a high word count in this document, I wanted to create each page to give as much information at first glance. Using the style of an evidence board as inspiration, I created a custom brush in the style of rope to highlight information and create movement throughout the document.
